Privacy Policy

1. Introduction

This policy describes how ODDSLOT collects, uses and protects user information, both on the oddslot.com website and in the ODDSLOT mobile application for Android and iOS.

2. Data we do NOT collect

• We have no registration system or user accounts.
• We do not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers or other personally identifiable data.
• We do not use profiling, advertising targeting or behavioural tracking.
• We do not sell, rent or share data with third parties for commercial purposes.

3. Data stored locally on device (mobile app)

The mobile app stores a minimum of information directly on your device, via AsyncStorage:

• Theme preference (light / dark / automatic)
• Favorites list (IDs of leagues, teams and matches you have starred)

This data remains exclusively on your device, is not transmitted to our servers and is not associated with any identity. You can delete it at any time from the app settings or by uninstalling the app.

4. Network requests

Both the website and the mobile app make HTTPS requests to our servers (oddslot.com) to display sports data: matches, standings, odds, statistics and predictions.

• We do not transmit personal data in these requests.
• The server receives the standard IP address and the user-agent of the browser/app, used exclusively to deliver the content.
• Sports data is obtained from licensed third-party providers and processed on our servers.

5. Feedback and contact

If you send us feedback through the app form or directly at contact@oddslot.com, we will use your email address exclusively to reply to your request. We do not use it for marketing and we do not share it with third parties.

6. Cookies and analytics (website)

The oddslot.com website uses Plausible Analytics, a privacy-friendly traffic analysis service:

• Does not use cookies and does not store data on the visitor's device.
• Does not collect personally identifiable data.
• Traffic data is aggregated and anonymous (total visits, popular pages, traffic sources).

The mobile app does not use Plausible or any other analytics tool.

7. Permissions requested by the mobile app

The ODDSLOT app requests only the minimum permissions necessary to function:

• Internet access - to load matches and sports data from our servers.

The app does not request access to: location, contacts, camera, microphone, storage, calendar, push notifications or other personal data.

8. Links to third-party and affiliate sites

The website and the app may contain informational and affiliate links to third-party sites, including licensed betting operators. When you click such a link, you leave ODDSLOT and are subject to the privacy policies of the site in question. We are not responsible for the data collection practices of these third parties.

9. Children under 18

ODDSLOT is not intended for persons under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you identify such situations, please contact us at contact@oddslot.com and we will act immediately.

10. Security

All communications between the app/website and our servers are encrypted via HTTPS/TLS. We do not store personal data that could be compromised in the event of a security incident, simply because we do not collect it.

11. Data deletion

Because we do not hold accounts or personal data on our servers, there is nothing to delete about you beyond the local data on the device:

• In the mobile app: uninstall the app or clear the app's data from system settings to delete the locally stored theme and favorites.
• On the website: close the browser — nothing remains stored about you.

12. Your rights (GDPR)

Even though we do not collect personal data, you still have the following rights under the GDPR:

• Right to information about data processing.
• Right of access, rectification and deletion.
• Right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.
